All participants in any guided activity will be required to read and agree to the Waiver below. Please download the PDF and read it carefully.
About the Waiver
The Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement is a required condition of participating in any Aurora Backcountry trip or guided service.
By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any Occupiers Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident.
If a Waiver is not completed, the individual will not be permitted to participate in the trip or service. You will not be eligible for a refund based on any failure or refusal to sign the Waiver.
Important
All participants — including those who did not make the original booking, those added or substituted after booking, and those arriving last minute — must complete the Waiver before participating.
If you are booking for other guests, it is your responsibility to bring this requirement to their attention and forward the waiver to them.
